Do you accept exchanges?

No, we do not accept exchanges. If you are unhappy with the product you received, you can take a look at our return policy below or get in touch with us at customercare@paeseindia.com.

What do I do if the product I receive is damaged?

Paese Cosmetics holds your trust in high regard and aims to deliver products that are unmatched in quality. However, sometimes products may get damaged in transit. You can contact our customer care service in such an event here: 079-40088699/700 or customercare@paeseindia.com.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for orders except in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged goods.
  2. Printing error or manufacturing defect.
  3. Orders received late.

For all the above conditions; customers can return their order within 48 hours of the order delivery. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The product amount will be credited back to your original payment method, once we have received the products and quality checks are done.

Please pack the items securely with all the tags and original packaging to prevent any loss or damage during return transit.

Can I return products I purchased in-store?

No, you cannot return products purchased in-store via the website.
